Hans Group of Education

Students seeking admission to Hans Group of Education must apply through the prescribed Admission Form, which is available at the respective school or college campus office. Admission notifications and registration dates are announced through the school notice board and leading local newspapers.

The admission process begins with the submission of the duly filled registration form along with the prescribed registration fee. After registration, candidates may be required to appear for an admission test and/or interview, as applicable and in accordance with RTE Act, 2009 guidelines.

Candidates who successfully qualify will be granted admission to the class for which they have applied or to the class found suitable based on their performance. The decision of the Principal/Head of Institution regarding admission shall be final and binding.

Children who have completed 3+ years of age as on 31st March of the current academic year are eligible for admission to the Kindergarten (K.G.) class. Admissions to other classes are granted through a test-cum-interview process or on the basis of a Transfer Certificate (T.C.), ensuring the child’s academic suitability for the applied class.

Required Documents

Parents/Guardians are required to submit the following documents at the time of admission:

1. Birth Certificate (issued by a competent authority approved by the Municipal Committee) or Aadhaar Card of the student.

2. Transfer Certificate (T.C.) (where applicable).

3. Two passport-size photographs of the student.

4. Migration Certificate (as per class and board requirements).

5. Passport-size photographs of father, mother, and local guardian (only these authorized persons will be permitted to meet or take the student from the school campus).
