Hans Group of Education

The academic session at Hans Group of Education shall commence in April and conclude in March of the following year. The session will be divided into three terms, and students will be assessed through regular tests, periodic assessments, and examinations as per the academic schedule of the institution.

Rules for Students

1. If school fees or any other dues are not paid even after the issue of one reminder, the name of the student may be struck off from the rolls.

2. If a student’s conduct, behaviour, or influence is found to be detrimental to school discipline or the overall interest of the institution, the Principal reserves the right to order the student’s withdrawal.

3. If a student is found to be medically unfit or poses a health risk to other students, the school may request the withdrawal of the student in the interest of the community.

4. Parents are advised not to send costly or valuable items with their wards to the school.

5. Unauthorized persons are strictly prohibited from meeting students within the school premises.

6. Parents and guardians are required to abide by the rules and regulations of the institution, which may be amended from time to time.

7. The decision of the Principal in all academic and disciplinary matters shall be final and binding on parents and guardians.

Attendance and Leave

1. Regular and punctual attendance is compulsory for every student.

2. Leave of absence will be granted only under unavoidable circumstances and must be supported by a written application from parents or guardians.

3. Parents are strongly advised not to seek leave for their children unless it is absolutely necessary, as regular attendance is essential for academic progress.

4. Extended or repeated absence without valid reason may attract disciplinary action as per school rules.

Books and Stationery Items

Textbooks, notebooks, and other required stationery items shall be available in the open market. Parents are requested to ensure that their wards bring the prescribed books and stationery as per the school’s instructions.
